On arrival day, you are welcome to check into your apartment or room after 2 p.m.

On departure day, we request that you vacate your accommodations by 10 a.m.

In front of our house you will find ample parking and the possibility to park motorcycles.

Yes, there is an electric charging station at Haus Kössler.

Haus Kössler is situated in a sunny valley setting, 1,5 km outside the town centre of Radstadt. Here with us, you will be able to enjoy your vacation right next to the golf course in Radstadt, only 500 meters from the Radstadt-Altenmarkt ski area. The ski-bus stop, the Tauern cross-country ski trail as well as the Enns- and Taurach Bike Paths run right outside our front door. Also close by you will find an indoor riding arena as well as indoor tennis courts.

Numerous shops, including the BILLA and Hofer supermarkets, Intersport etc. are only ca. 300 m away.

The town center is about a 15-minute walk away.

2 restaurant is only about 4 minutes’ walk from Haus Kössler, Josef`s and Gewürzmühle.

• The stop for the free ski bus to the Radstadt-Altenmarkt as well as Zauchensee ski areas is right outside the driveway to our house (and you can ski all the way back in)
• The stop for the free ski bus to the ski areas in Obertauern, Flachau, Fageralm & Reiteralm is 200 m away
• and you never have to use your own car!

Yes, when you stay in a holiday apartment your bath- and hand towels are included.

In our cozy wellness area you will be able to spend hours of complete relaxation: sweat in the sauna (charge: € 5), unwind in the relaxation room, or pedal your way to good health on a stationary bike.

Yes, upon request we will be happy to provide you with cribs/cots as well as high chairs for your youngsters.

Yes, you are welcome to borrow hiking poles (based on availability) from us at no charge.

No, for the comfort of our future guests, we request that you do not smoke in our holiday apartments or rooms. Thank you for your cooperation!

With the free Salzburger Sportwelt Card, you benefit from numerous discounts at various attractions in the region. As a charter golf partner, all of our golfing guests receive a 25 % discount on green fees at the local course. At the family-friendly Erlebnis-Therme Amadé spa resort, you will likewise receive a 23 % discount on admission.

We are very proud to have received a 4 Edelweiss rating for our comfortable rooms and holiday apartments.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Haus Kössler. Thank you for understanding.

Your booking is guaranteed when 20 % of the total amount of your stay has been deposited to our bank account no later than 3 months prior to arrival.

The remaining amount due can either be paid in cash once you are here, or sent by bank transfer in advance of arrival.

Yes, children receive discounts depending on their age:

• 2 and under: free
• 5 and under: 70 %
• 14 and under: 40 %

For stays of up to 3 nights, we charge a short-stay surcharge:

• 1 night: 18 %
• 2 nights: 12 %
• 3 nights: 6 %

The local tourism tax is € 1,90 per person/night from 15 years (€ 2,90 from 01.06.2026).

The mobility levy is € 0,50 (from 01.05.2025) per person/night from 15 years.

For the final cleaning of holiday apartments, we charge € 50 to 60.

Bookings are treated in accordance with Austrian Hotel Terms & Conditions.

It’s always possible that something crops up, making it impossible to travel on your planned vacation. However, when you have to cancel, delay arrival or depart for home early, you will incur cancellation charges. That’s why we highly recommend purchasing holiday cancellation insurance.
